Account creation only needs the basics: company name, owner name, owner email, and a login password. The company details, customers, properties, jobs, crews, invoices, documents, and service history should come from the company backup or upload.

Create Account

These are the only setup fields needed before the upload. The rest belongs in the backup.

Login Password

This creates the owner login immediately. Use at least 10 characters. The password is never emailed back.

Optional Fallback

CSV templates are only for missing or messy data

A complete QuickBooks backup is the preferred starting point. Use templates only when you do not have a usable backup, or when you need to add information the backup does not contain.
